Common questions
How do I cancel Aura Plus?
iOS Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions → Aura Plus → Cancel. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
I'm not getting the daily wallpaper drop.
Open Aura → pull down to refresh the Today screen. If the issue persists, force-quit the App and reopen. Still stuck? Email us with your iOS version.
The wallpaper I generated doesn't match my prompt.
AI image generation is probabilistic — outputs vary. Try rephrasing your prompt with more specific style words (e.g., "in the style of cottagecore, soft pastel lighting"). For consistently off-target results, report to info@penfai.com.
How do I delete my data?
Aura does not require an account. Uninstall the App and your local data is removed. For subscription data, see Adapty's privacy controls or contact us.
Why does Aura ask for tracking permission?
We use Google AdMob to show ads on the free tier. Granting tracking allows for more relevant ads. Declining is fine — you'll still see ads, they'll just be non-personalized.
Refunds?
All payments are processed by Apple. Request a refund via Apple's refund page.
My subscription doesn't unlock Aura Plus features.
Open the App → go to Settings → tap "Restore Purchases". If that doesn't help, email us with your Apple ID region and approximate purchase date.
